Thank you for your promptness!*****sent blind copy to the 4-H email list**Please be aware that Major Show Entries were due to the Extension office LAST NIGHT at Major Show Entry Sign Up. If you did not show up, for any reason, or did not contact me ahead of time and make arrangements, your entries are LATE! We have posted the information about sign up night in multiple newsletters (printed and emailed) and email reminders about sign up night. Many of the club managers also sent out reminders. Please note, the December 1 deadline that the stock shows put on their website is the deadline that entries have to be turned in by our office. It takes us several days to complete entries for each show and therefore our deadline has to be ahead of time. When this office sets a deadline, it is to ensure that we get EVERYONE'S entries done on time and done correctly. By not paying attention to the deadline, you are jeopardizing those that turned their entries in on time. Each show has late entries that range from $250-500 per entry and if you are late getting you entries in to us, you will be responsible for any and all late fees. If you did not turn in your major show entries to our office last night, you need to contact us at the Extension office ASAP to make arraignments to get your entries in. All major show entries are due to our office no later than 5pm on Thursday, November 5. Once again, if you turned in your entries last night, thank you!!
